In 2002, the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and Museum opened its doors with the pioneer class of inductees. It has become a premiere tourist attraction for both music fans and history lovers. The entrance to the museum is unique to any other museum as it was once the original riding stables of John Lair, founder of Renfro Valley Entertainment Center. The museum is filled with a collection of artifacts and memorabilia highlighting the careers of our inductees, as well as temporary exhibits on display.  Music of all genres, not just country and bluegrass, are on display throughout the museum. You can learn more about the history of Kentucky's rich music heritage, as well as interact with the instruments to create your own sound.

Behind the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and Museum is the outdoor amphitheater where concerts and plays have taken place on the wooden stage. The original John Lair House sits next door and is available for rentals. You can also see the Aunt Polly House, which is a 2 story cabin, as well as the Bittersweet Cabin Village and Gift Shop.  Events are held in the lobby featuring some of the finest musicians. The Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and Museum is also available for rent for your next event.  Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and Museum is open to visitors daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM year round.
